Bloom scoop UK Search Award

There are a lot of giddy Bloomers in the office this morning and a few sore heads too – the UK Search Awards last night are entirely to blame! We’re extremely proud to announce that we have a new piece of bling to add to the mantelpiece – Best Integrated Campaign for our work with ADT.

The award winning campaign (it feels so good to be able to say that!) encompassed SEO, web design, user journey analysis, conversion channel analysis, user testing and a full-blown TV campaign. The campaign focused on the primary message of “how would you feel”, moving away from the loss of physical items as a result of burglary and towards the emotional connotations associated with being broken in to.  This led to position one rankings on Google for a number of key terms, traffic increasing from organic search by 35 per cent and a 46 per cent increase in overall organic conversions year-on-year. The TV campaign also achieved 100 per cent uplift in TV to telephone enquiries against previous product focused campaigns.

The judges made the award in recognition of work that achieved outstanding results using both online and offline activity – a truly integrated approach!

We’re especially proud to have come top in a category that featured an extremely competitive shortlist which included Hypermarket, Carling, New Look and the Met Office.
